FOUNDER
Tom founded NSP in 2018, as a new chapter of the established family trade. With a background in Real Estate and Business, he brings an innovative and efficient approach to every project.
He’s a keen cyclist and golfer, and proud father of twin girls.
Shaun Guy
PROJECT MANAGER
Shaun has worked within the property industry for over 20 years, including managing some of the largest residential new builds and refurbs in West Sussex.
He’s a family man, running around after three little ones, and a keen cricketer.
Georgia Coppin-Score
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Georgia joined the NSP team during an exciting time of growth for the business. Georgia helps curate the business’s longer term strategy and goals.
In her spare time, she is a keen cook and triathlete!
Georgia is currently on maternity leave.
Elle Anderson
FINANCE MANAGER
Elle is an accomplished Finance Manager, specialising in financial administration and is responsible for managing NSP’s accounting, administration and much more!
Elle brings both super efficiency and infectious positivity to the NSP team.
Elle is a keen nature photographer, and devoted mother of two boys.
